He is a very beautiful boy and is AKC registered. His family has had some misfortune lately and they haven't been able to take care of Harley the way he needs and deserves so they have asked us to help him find a new family. He is living in an apartment right now and would like to have some room to run and play. Harley is 8 years old, but don't let his age fool you, he is still very active and loves to play. Of course, afterwards he is most content curled up next to you cuddling and being cuddled, the ultimate couch potato! He is very well behaved in the house and he is crate trained. He knows basic commands such as Sit, Down, and Stay but could use a little work walking on a leash, he is very eager to explore when he gets outside! He can often be seen carrying his favorite stuffed duck around and unlike many Springers I know, keeps it one piece! He is wonderful with kids of all ages, gets along well with other dogs and has even lived with cats before with no problems. He is a little shy until he gets to know you and then he will be your best friend, leaning up against you and eager for attention.
