Best wishes from ESRA! Sadie is a dream girl in foster care. She adjusted quickly to the other dogs in her foster home and learned to use the doggie door right away. She has not had a single accident in the house, which is quite remarkable for a dog who spent her almost her entire life outside. Sadie was heartworm positive upon her arrival but has been successfully treated and she is now in excellent health. Sadie has apparently forgotten about being an outside dog as she much prefers indoor life, especially her Foster Dad's chair. When Sadie is outside, she carefully avoids walking on the grass and daintily tip-toes on the stepping stones like the Princess she was born to be. Sadie is a wonderful girl and would be an excellent apartment or condo dog. She walks well on a leash, knows to sit for her treats and is looking for her forever home - or castle!
