Foster Mom: Jackson is a calm, dignified gentleman with impeccable manners – both in the house and outside. He is house trained and knows basic commands such as Sit, Lie Down, and Stay. Despite his age, he is extremely active and loves to go for walks. Jackson loves to ride in the car, visit new places and make new friends – he even enjoyed the trip to the vet's office and greeted everyone who walked in the door! Jackson is a gentle soul with a true Springer heart that wants to please more than anything. Like most Springers, he needs a yard to play in and would dearly love to have someone home with him most of the time. Jackson gets along very well with the resident dogs but does not participate in their rough and tumble play. He absolutely loves children of all ages and is extremely gentle with them. Jackson is not cat friendly and will not be placed in a home with cats. Jackson is up to date on all his shots, is microchipped, has been neutered, and has tested negative for heartworm.
