Album Info:

Age: 1 year Gender: Male Color: Liver/white Weight: 42 lbs. Variety: Field-bred Meet Cooper, a curious and eager young dog who came to ESRA from a shelter in Arizona's high country. He was an owner surrender from someone who said they had too many dogs. Maybe they didn't have enough dog food, because he's one skinny boy. Cooper looks like his head is too big for his body because his ears have been shaved and he is underweight. But he loves to eat, so he should fill out nicely. His most distinguishing characteristic is his brown front leg. He also has a longer cropped tail, typical of many field bred springers. He is well behaved in the car and at home. He gets along with kids, cats and other dogs, but is a bit shy around men at first. He would benefit from obedience training, as he does have a habit of jumping up for attention. Cooper has an appointment to be neutered on Oct. 2nd, and he can be adopted after he recovers from his surgery.
