He is a big boy, but that just means there is more of him to love. He is wonderful with other dogs and just loves to play. He can catch a ball every time and loves toys of all kinds. He is even good with the cat after living with one for several months. He really needs some room to run, so he can lose some of the excess weight he gained eating people food. He is completely housebroken, and knows sit, down, roll over, and shake. He isn't great on the leash but is very smart and wants to please so he'd learn quickly. He even knows the difference if you tell him to get his ball as opposed to getting his baby. Then Grandpa got sick and could no longer care for him. Ryder is a very sweet, loving boy and would like nothing more than to find a home where the family has time to spend with him. Ryder knows basic commands and minds very well. He is housebroken and good with other dogs and kids, but Ryder would do best in a home without cats. Ryder is heartworm negative and up to date on his shots. He could stand to lose a few pounds as Grandpa fed him whatever he himself was eating and that wasn't good for Ryder.
