Variety: Bench/Show-bred Benny & June together were used for breeding at a puppy mill in Oklahoma, then put up for auction when the "breeder" decided they no longer had use for them. Fortunately, a fellow rescue organization fond of Springers "bought" them and brought this gorgeous couple to ESRA. Regardless of their past, they are both happy, lovable, affectionate and very sweet Springers. And, as you can see, they are absolutely gorgeous! June has the prettiest little face. She is a sweetheart with a docile and meek temperament. She is still getting acclimated to her new surroundings but she's blossoming every day. It's amazing what the security and love of a family can do in promoting the confidence of these "rescues" thus allowing their true personalities to emerge. June does okay with other dogs, but enjoys Benny most of all. She is healthy, spayed and ready for adoption. June has very recently given birth to her last litter of puppies. More than anything, she would enjoy the opportunity to simply be a pet to a very lucky family. While we would love June and Benny to be together forever, we are willing to adopt them separately.
