Album Info:

Age: 19 Months Gender: Neutered Male Color: Liver/White Weight: 45 lbs Variety: Bench/Show-Bred What a dog! Jackson is a happy, good looking, kid licking, affectionate, funny, mostly house trained, crate trained, "rub my belly," toy tossing, tug of war playing, funny, helpful, busy, quiet, leaning up against you, goofy, water loving, not destructive in the house, bouncy then settling down nicely, funny, snuggling, mouthy, zooming, messy drinking, nosy and in your business all the time, limit testing, people loving, pulling on lead, funny, white and liver 19 month old adolescent male springer and all that this implies. Spend a few minutes with him and you'll understand why "Merry" is in the breed standard for springers. Did I mention that he's a very funny dog? He is up to date on shots, heartworm negative and neutered. He gets along with other dogs, and either wants to chase cats or run away in terror from them. Jackson recently visited an orthopedic vet because he limps for a little while after streaking around the back yard. The vet diagnosed him with mild elbow dysplasia in one front leg and mild hip dysplasia in one hip after admiring his well developed rear muscles. He recommended against doing any surgery, and his prediction is that Jackson will never require surgery at all- just to be given a buffered aspirin or NSAID either before extreme exercise, or if he begins limping. He can easily clear a baby gate right now, with a few inches to spare and is in no apparent discomfort.
