They are the most amazing dogs - super sweet and loving. They obey very well and will be wonderful family companions. Their foster mom says they act like a married couple. Hugh will contentedly sleep outside of Olivia's kennel as if he is watching over her. Sometimes when he has a bone, Olivia will walk over and take it without any protest from Hugh. His expression seems to say, "Oh, that silly Olivia!" One morning the dogs were lying on the floor next to each other and Olivia lifted her head and licked Hugh's nose a few times - as if to give him a morning kiss. Then he licked her nose once and back to sleep they went. Hugh and Olivia are so attached to each other that we have decided to try to place them together, if possible. Even though these dogs love each other, they love their humans just as much. They desire your love, attention, and affection. They interact beautifully with everyone and they will greet you with those silly Springer grins when you arrive home. Hugh and Olivia are well-behaved, healthy, house trained, crate trained, spayed / neutered, heartworm negative, and up to date on all of their shots. They are easy to care for, and laid back, even though they are so young. Both dogs are good with other dogs, walk well on a leash, and Olivia even likes the water (Hugh just likes to watch her swim.) They could lose about 5 pounds each, meaning they could use some regular exercise. The lucky family who adopts this pair will get double the love and double the fun.
