Beautiful capture! I'm so sorry to hear that he has gone, but remmeber he's in Doggie heaven!! When my faithful Dino passed away I was devasteded, now I have two girls boxers, they can't never replace him, but I love them dearly... Let me congratulate you on your featured POTD in family....

This just completely tore my heart out seeing this photo and reading about Odie's passing, I couldn't stop crying when I first read it! I have a 2 year old pug and I can't imagine losing him, he's one of the family, just as Odie was to you.

Last year I just lost my pug Pepper and the year before that I lost Meg at only 6 years old, so I feel your pain. I too think they will be there to greet us when we die in a Rainbow heaven. & what a beautiful picture of Odie, a memory to be cherished forever!

Odie was a loved and cherished dog! No doubt he is running around the meadows near the Rainbow Bridge. When our English bulldog died, I said that I would not ever have another dog...and now, I am getting ready to go to the Barkpark with my 4 rescues! A miniature dachsund, a dachsund/pittie, a fox hound, and my newest...a golden!We are on the pug rescue list, too! Bless Odie's little spirit...and i do know he has one!

My heart aches for your loss of Odie. We have lost serveral of our dear dogs over the years who had been family members and a big part of our lives. They worm there way into our hearts and then when they are gone, it leaves a hole there that can never be filled! The pain is unbearable. But we have three dogs now and someday the time will come..... I guess the ride is worth the fall. To have loved and lost is better than to have never loved. We just chersih every day we have with them get so much joy and share so much love, and that can never be replaced and creates memories that last forever.
