Age: 5 years Gender: Female Color: Liver/White Weight: 34 lbs. Variety: Bench/Show-bred Josie is a little girl with a big heart. We think Josie has had some rough and scary days in her past. She can be timid around unknown people and things, and is frightened of loud noises and commotion. Josie is working on being very brave and facing her new challenges. She is learning very quickly how wonderful belly rubs and a good ear massage can be. Once she gets to know you, she is your constant companion. Being so petite she fits on your lap very nicely. Josie loves to go for walks and acts like a lady while on a leash and is practicing her "Sit" and "Stay' everyday. Josie is a gentle Springer with just the right amount of spunk. Josie deserves to be the only dog in her Forever Home. She needs to make up for lost time by spending the rest of her many days being loved and adored by a family with no small children. Update: WOW! Josie is doing great! She has let the Springer inside of her come out. Josie is the primary greeter at the door when people come to visit ~ she is playing with her Springer brother and sister (although she still would like to be the only dog in her Forever Home). Josie has a great sense of humor and enjoys a good laugh ~ as she is running away with your sock! She has passed her kindergarten class in obedience and is well on her way to First grade. Josie is an extremely loving girl whose dream in life is to make her human happy.
