Album Info:

Age: 3 years Gender: Female Color: Liver/White Weight: 45 lbs. Variety: Bench/Show-bred We were locked in a cage at a local shelter and it was just a matter of hours before we were going to be put to sleep. A horrible nightmare for us, but due to the quick action of local ESRA volunteers our nightmare ended. We are now living an unbelievable dream, and are being cared for, and loved by, a wonderful foster Mom. We were very dirty, and had such severe ear infections that there was pus running from our nose. During our grooming it was discovered that we both had many scars on our body. We were provided a wonderful place to stay and a nice veterinarian took care of our ears. Thank you to the special ESRA people that made this happen Since we had been neglected most our lives, we had to fend for ourselves in the yard. It is believed that we have been outside all our lives, and we are now looking for a nice comfortable home to call our very own. We had no idea what loving, getting belly rubs, and being fed a nutritious diet meant. After a few days being cared for in Arizona, we were transported to Las Vegas, where our dream came true. There we were placed with a foster Mom who knew we were worth saving. Since coming to live with her, she has spent many hours working with us, she has had a behaviorist visit us and socialize us, teach us how to live in a world where there is love and not neglect. Our trainer says that all the scars on our body are from neglect and abuse. This week we received good news – we are ready to be adopted very soon. It is best if we EACH have our very own home, and are the only dog in the family. We are looking for someone who is home pretty much all day, and has a lot of patience to train and work with us, or can afford to hire a trainer to work with us. We promise you, we will be your friend forever, and will never let you down. No one is sure how old we are, but the veterinarian thinks we are between 6-8 years old. We don't seem to have any signs of arthritis, and love to run through the yard, so we have a lot of energy. This is what our foster mom has to say about us: Both are truly good dogs who will enjoy being by their human's side. Brandi is a natural hunter and explorer. She loves to check out birds and the sights in the yard. She doesn't like to be left alone in the yard, she wants to come inside with you. She loves to give you hugs as well as be hugged. She actually puts her paws around your middle when you are sitting. If you tell her to get down, she will do so. Going for rides is great fun for her. If the car door is open, she will jump into the car and ask to go for a ride. Brandi will do whatever you ask of her from getting into her crate to walking beside you. Even though she is a Velcro Springer, Brandi is a self confident dog, who loves to be your special dog and to please you. She is a beautifully marked bench-bred Springer with a solid liver tail.
