Age: 2 years Gender: Male Color: Liver/White Weight: 43 lbs. Variety: Bench/Show-bred Will is a skinny, scraggly pup that is going to be one of those marvelous "Before and After" examples of what rescue is all about. He came to ESRA from a shelter north of Houston, where he had been picked up as a stray. He loves to play with toys, he plays fetch and knows Sit. He is friendly to everyone and really wants to run and play with his foster dog-family, but isn't allowed to yet. Will is being treated for kennel cough and mites. As soon as he's over that, he'll be allowed out of isolation. He also needs to put on a few pounds before he is neutered. Unfortunately, Will's former owners didn't give him heartworm preventive, so now he has to be treated for heartworm. That will mean 2 months of rest for Will while the medicine does it's work.
