Age: 2-3 years Gender: Female Color: Liver/White Weight: 50 lbs Variety: Bench/Show-bred Come meet Lacey. She is what Springers are all about. Lacey is a beautiful dark liver and white, though mostly liver. She is very sweet, mellow and affectionate and just loves people and sitting by you. Lacey is housetrained, crate-trained and isn't a barker. She is good with kids and other dogs, but will probably be best as a only-dog so she can be the queen, and get all of the attention. She loves to carry toys in her mouth, and will de-fluff some of them eventually. She takes treats nice, and is not food possesive. Lacey is currently on a diet because she could stand to lose about ten pounds. She is over fifty pounds now, and should probably be closer to forty. She is a fairly mellow Springer, and is not exhuberant in the house. She likes to retrieve, and would probably do it longer except I think the extra weight makes her tired. She does need a little training in the leash and jumping areas, but those are minor. Her favorite thing is to just sit by (and on) you, and wait to be petted. If you are looking for a buddy, then Lacey's your gal.
