Enjoying warm summer day on my 14th floor apt balcony. Tommy, long hair cut down real short for the summer with animal clippers - he's basically sheared, Whiskey snoozing. Balcony had waist high solid brick wall with railing, & I ran thick gauge chicken wire up to floor above, completely enclosing the balcony. The cats went in & out from April thru the end of October-November depending on start of winter weather.
