Age: 3 Years Gender: Neutered Male Color: Black/White Weight: 60 lbs Variety: Bench/Show-Bred MEET GROVER! We originally sprang Grover from a shelter in Polk County, FL in the fall of 2004. We aren't sure how that lanky young guy came to be a stray but suspect the convergence of 3 hurricanes in the area had something to do with it. He was adopted shortly after and lived happily with 2 doggy siblings for the last 18 months until sudden illness stuck his human Dad. With much sadness, Grover's Dad relinquished him to us to find a new family to love and care for him. Grover is reported to be good with children, having spent time with his owner's grandchildren. He gets along well with most other dogs. He is housetrained and would rather not be crated. Grover is now about 3-4 years old with a sturdy adult build and a full liver and white coat. He has mastered basic commands like sit and come. He needs more practice polishing his manners but is very eager to please. Grover is neutered, up to date on all vaccinations and heartworm negative.
