Age: 5 years Gender: Male Color: Black/White Weight: 55 lbs. Variety: Bench/Show-bred Lockerbie is a remarkable, big and handsome bench-bred springer looking for the love of a new family. Lockerbie's previous owners left him alone at the shelter because they were moving and could not take him with them. But, despite the upheaval in his life, he is just a friendly, happy and sweetheart of a guy. Lockerbie must have at some point had some trauma to his left eye that went untreated. Although it causes him absolutely no pain, the vet decided it was best to remove it. His new look doesn't detract from his classic springer beauty. In fact, we think it only enhances his outsanding character. Lockerbie is reportedly good with other dogs and children and housetrained. We are still learning more about his sweet and gentle personality, so please check back for updates.
