I am pleased to see you found a great friend and companion. He does look happy and it is likely because he found a happy home. Hello to Scruff - love your name! Actually, I love dogs, as most WS members will have worked out by now! However, I especially love dogs in trouble, and my two current dogs fell into that category. Scruff looks like he's a little gem and I can assure you that he'll make you happy too, for the rest of his (hopefully) long life. I believe Refuge animals are by far the best companions and they return to their humans much more than can ever be counted. Best wishes to you both.
