Age: 3 years Gender: Neutered Male Color:Liver/White Weight: 45 lbs. Variety: Field Bred This handsome boy is Buster or BusterBar as his foster mom affectionately calls him. Buster was in a shelter in pretty bad shape and was scheduled to be euthanized but then his guardian angel from ESRA showed up and rescued him. She could see the beautiful, loving Springer beneath the coat matted with antifreeze and the pain that he had from porcupine quills in his mouth. He was taken right to the vet where they pulled out the quills and started him on worming treatments to rid him of those nasty tapeworms and examined him thoroughly. As you can see from his pictures, Buster has come a long way from that scared dog! He ahs been given a clean bill of health and is ready for his new forever home! He has worked his way quite nicely into his foster home and into his foster mom's heart! He is housetrained and loves a nice soft place to relax and sleep close to his person. His resident Springer sister has not quite decided to let him on the couch but he certainly got comfortable there while she was at the groomers! He was a little ornery at the groomers but with all he has been through that is understandable, it was probably the first grooming experience for him! He is a little fearful but very eager to please and very sweet. He rides well in the car and is responding to his name and knows �sit�, �down�, and �come� and very willing to learn more. He is doing very well with the resident cats and with the resident Springer. He has made great improvements on walking on his leash too. Buster is just an all-around great Springer! Buster is up to date on his shots, heartworm negative and neutered. He is a wonderful young boy who will make a loving companion and lifelong friend!
