Age: 6-8 years Gender: Male Color: Black/White Weight: 50 lbs. Variety: Field-Bred Joey is a sweet, seven-year-old male Springer. With his laid-back personality and gentle demeanor, Joey would be an ideal family dog, or a perhaps a companion for a single person. He doesn't demand much attention, but likes to follow you around the house from room to room. If you happen to go outside, he wants to go with you. If you want to watch TV, he'll keep you company on the couch. If it's a nap you're needing, then he'll help keep you warm. Joey's one flaw might be that he loves to eat. He is not above snatching food off the counter or stealing it from your plate! So, you have to keep an eye on him when food's around. Because of his love for food, Joey would benefit from a daily walk and playing in the yard for several minutes a day, as well. Joey is great with other dogs, and although he is very interested in my cat, he has never hurt him. He's fine with children, but might pull a little to hard on a leash for them to handle, so better let Mom or Dad handle the walking.
