Age: 6 Years Gender: Neutered Male Color: Black/White Weight: 62 lbs Variety: Bench/Show-Bred Jordan is a very pretty black and white male who is house trained, good being groomed, crate trained (goes in on his own to nap in one) and reported to be good with cats though he hasn't been tested since in ESRA's care. He's people oriented and not at all interested in playing with other dogs- he would rather just pretend they aren't there. Jordan doesn't enjoy a lot of ruckus from the other dogs, and will try to get them settle down if he thinks they are being too rowdy. He is a low keyed, low energy dog who likes quiet cuddling. Jordan has been allowed to get very overweight-the expectation is that he will be more lively once he loses a few pounds. He's always happy to go for a stroll around the neighborhood, but doesn't go out and run around the yard on his own. His skin and coat are healthy, he has looooong feathering on his ears and is used to wearing hair clips to keep them out of his food dish. Jordan knows several commands and doesn't appear to have a high prey drive- though his previous owners said he gets excited when he sees birds outside. He hasn't been exposed much to kids, his original owner was an elderly person who passed on, then he lived with people with adult children only. He met some toddlers at Dairy Queen and seemed happy to meet them. Jordan is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, heartworm negative and looking for a home of his own.
