He is a great big attention loving baby huey. He is a big boy with a square head. He is very good on a leash and knows what sit and come mean and is working hard to learn. He has wide open eyes that that ask "what's next?" He always has a smile on his face. Charlie does like to dig and hide his toys in a shallow grave – but that can easily be corrected. Charlie will "happy bark" to let you know what he wants and when he wants it.He knows when he has done wrong and if you reprimand him - he will speak to you and hang his head to say “I'm sorry.” He is a velcro dog that wants to be with his people. Charlie does a little counter surfing and is a little over zealous when greeting someone, but that is being worked on. He is housebroken and knows how to use the doggy door. Basically Charlie is just one big dog who is still a puppy and wants a lot of love and attention and positive reinforcement in his training. His tail is always wagging and he is a happy, happy boy. Charlie would most likely get along with another dog as he loves to play. If you have the time and patience to work with this wonderful dog, he would love to be yours forever.
