I planted some of these flowers too. I forgot what they are called but the hummingbirds love them along with the bumble bees. Try flowers that attrack the butterflies and hummingbirds and you'll have the neighborhood taking. It's a joy looking at your album.

I love photographing Humming birds. I have three feeders for them in my yard so I can get photos. What I think is funny about these birds is that they always look mad or ticked off about something! I just can’t stop laughing when I get a good close up like this one. Good shot! Rick

No wonder this is a featured album. The shots are spectacular. You've been so lucky to capture a hummingbird in flight. That's a shot I've been yearning for but I haven't been that fortunate. I was pretty close to making it in March when one of these creatures came fluttering down to my garden. I had the camera with me but the angle wasn't good at all, so I ended up missing out on the chance. Anyway, congrats on your featured album. the entire collection is superb! Thanks for sharing.

Such beautiful shots. Thanks for sharing. I used to have several males and a few females visit me in California. Now that I have moved to Las Vegas, I get a couple of females visiting me. They are so very cute to watch and a charm when you get to be able to take a picture of them. I am sure you enjoy having these beautiful creatures around the house.
