Age: 18 Months Gender: Male Color: Black/White Weight: 45 lbs. Variety: Field-Bred This handsome dude is Duke, and he is one loving, friendly Springer! He has had a rough seven months, but that is all behind him now, and he is ready to start a brand new journey with his Forever Family. Duke is a very sweet boy, loves to give hugs and kisses, and in true Springer fashion has a tail that never stops going! He gets along wonderfully with the two resident Cocker Spaniels in his foster home, and he is making great progress on his housetraining. He learned the doggie door very quickly, and his foster family lets him run free in the house while they are at work. He is a very good boy! He does not like to be crated, as he spent the last seven months stuck in an outdoor kennel with very little human interaction. Duke is learning all about what it is like to be loved, and he gets to go for daily walks with his foster mom, which he adores! He has not had a lot of training, but he is learning Sit and Stay, and is a very smart boy indeed! He does like to cuddle in bed at night with his foster mom and dad, and loves to be with his people more than anything else. Duke is up to date on his vaccinations, heartworm negative, and is neutered. He is just waiting for that very special family to call his own.
