Age: 1 year Gender: Female Color: Liver/White Weight: 40 lbs. Variety: Field-bred Lass is an 18 month old liver and white female Springer that will steal your heart as only a Springer can. She is beautiful and comes from good hunting stock. Lass was sold to folks who thought they really wanted a dog. Turned out, a dog of any sort was not right for them. This pup received no love or attention and they brought her back to the breeder. She aches for love and attention, snuggles every chance she gets and insists on being at your side. Lass has so much love to give and is eager to share a "springer hello" with everyone! Lass has come so far with her training these few short weeks since her return, but does need to work on that "stay" command as well as a few others, but she will do anything just to please you. Her mother is an outstanding hunter and very affectionate. The two of them play and romp like two pups, yet she is not hyper at all. Lass is spayed and up on all of her shots. Lass loves to do anything the family is doing and has a protective bark whenever a stranger comes along. There are 3 young boys and a cat plus Springers at her current foster home and she gets along great with the neighborhood dogs and people as well. Lass is very well socialized! She prefers not to be crated and would do perfect in a family that would include her as a full-fledged family member. Lass would be fine with another dog in the family , especially a young and playful one.
