Age: 5 Years Gender: Male Color:Liver/White Weight: 44 lbs. Variety: Field-Bred This is Paco Chavez and he is looking for a new Forever Home. His family was moving and unable to take him with them. Paco is a very handsome, athletic field-bred Springer. Paco is very friendly with strangers, non-aggressive, gets along with other dogs, and every person. Paco very quickly became part of the pack over the weekend at his temporary foster home, and he has been very easy to integrate him into a home. It's hard to believe that someone gave him up because they were moving. Someone, we're guessing a man, spent a lot of time with him. He's easily controlled without being shy, he's confident in the house without being bossy. He lies on the rugs in the kitchen to chew on his rawhide and Nylabone, just an all around good dog. Paco is unique in that a Spanish speaking family raised him so he only understands Spanish. The people at the kennel where he is temporarily being boarded are working on teaching him English. He is a very smart dog and I'm sure will learn quickly. Paco is housetrained and responds to correction very quickly. He loves the water and is a very energetic Springer who would love to have room to run. He would do wonderful with kids as he stops dead in his tracks when he hears kids voices and will try and go greet them. Paco is up to date on his vaccinations, neutered and heartworm negative. He will make a wonderful companion and family member!
