Variety: Field-bred Sweet little Dixie was turned in to a shelter because she would chew, dig and hunt birds in the back yard when left to her own devices during the day. She obviously just needs some love and attention inside the home to keep her from getting bored. Dixie is a gentle little soul who appears do to very well with other dogs and children. She is unknown with cats, but we suspect she does not mind them, either. She has not had much training, but is very biddable and eager to please. She does not pull hard on the leash, and is content to walk alongside you. She rides very well in the car, stretched out for a snooze on the back seat. Not much seems to bother this little gal! Dixie is vaccinated, spayed, and on heartworm prevention. She is ready to find just the right lucky family to call her own!
