Best wishes from ESRA. 10/02/06: Don't let her age fool you- Bonnie is a lively girl who likes to play and wrestle with other dogs and she can still counter surf with the best of them!! She is housetrained and learned a doggie door in a few minutes by watching other dogs use it. Bonnie is under your feet in the kitchen, doesn't get on furniture (prefers a dog bed) and entertains herself happily with toys. What a jewel! 8/01/06: Beautiful Bonnie is a easy going mature girl who's owners dropped her off at a shelter when they moved. She is very friendly with people and other dogs, and maybe a little too friendly with cats. She laid down obligingly on the table at the vet and was very cooperative with the exam. We think she was fed a lot of people food-she did a happy dance when human dinner was being prepared, though she grudgingly settled for the kibble she was offered. Bonnie is up to date on vaccinations,spayed and heartworm negative. Her ears and eyes are being treated for an infection,andshe needs to lose a few pounds (don't we all!) but otherwise she's in good health. Bonnie is looking for a home who can appreciate the joys of a mature companion.
