Album Info:

8/25/11 I got Nyahs blood results back. Her Hematrocrit is very low at 28 ( normal 42-55), so she is basically anemic and probably why she is sluggish and lethargic. Her phosphorus is also out of whack. 9.3 ( normal 3.0-5.5) The hematrocrit is what we need to get back up before we can attempt any type of surgery. So he gave her an Iron supplement with calcium as well.(Calcium Glubionate w/ Lixotinic) He does not want to give antibiotics until we get the yeast infection cleared up. He also feels she does not need antibiotics right now because the abscess is encased and no bateria is getting into the bloodstream The wing wound, although raw, is healthy and pink, so no problems there. And she is maintaining her weight. She did gain 14 grams since yesterday, and he said as long as she maintains her weight, she is not critical. We just have to get her red blood back up so we can do surgery.
