Humane Society when his family was evicted from their home. Buckley is a sweet, affectionate, very outgoing, and charming prince of a dog - always wants to tag along with his person, behaves himself in the house, and doesn't complain a bit in the crate! He loves car rides, is good with cats, and adores children. Buckley is approx. 6 yrs. old, housetrained, crate-trained, neutered, UTD on his shots, microchipped, and was apparently well taken care of by his former family. At least they kept him well groomed and well-fed but, alas, they forgot something even more important! It appears they forgot his monthly HW preventative because Buckley is now HW+. He'll be treated in the very near future and will be clean of heartworms, healthy, and ready for his new home in approx. 6 weeks (sometime just after Christmas). What a shame he can't have a home of his own for Thanksgiving! We'll be accepting applications for Buckley until he's ready for adoption.
