His family raised him since he was a puppy and really loved him. Recently there were unexpected changes in the family living arrangements, so they contacted ESRA to find him another wonderful home. He was obviously doted upon, which is apparent by his extra few pounds. His foster family has him on a diet so he can become the "lean machine babe-magnet" he'd like to be. Jake has excellent house manners, gets along wonderfully with the resident dogs, rides well in the car, and is housetrained. His family said he is also good with children and cats. Jake is timid with strangers at first but then warms up. He quickly bonded with his foster dad. He follows him around the house and can usually be found curled up by his feet. He is a loving companion who enjoys being with his human at all times, and really wants to please. Jake is looking for his Forever Home, where he can share his quiet loving nature.
