My name is Ginger and this has been an exciting summer. I was at a puppy mill, but ESRA came and rescued me and all the other English Springer Spaniels there. Since then, everything has been a new experience. From walking on the grass, to playing with people, to determining that I love belly rubs. I am excited about all my new discoveries, and really enjoy exploring new surroundings. I just turned two years old, and as you can tell from my pictures, I am a beautiful liver and white girl. I weigh in at a petite 33 pounds. I am housetrained and crate trained (but if you let me sleep in bed with you, I won't complain). I haven't had any obedience training, so don't know any commands. However, I am a quick learner (I figured out the doggy door in my first day here), and I really just want to make you happy, so my foster mom thinks that I will do well with just a little bit of training. I do have the bad habit of jumping on people, but all I'm doing is trying to give out hugs. What's wrong with that? I am not sure yet about other dogs. I was getting along fine with the dogs here at my foster home, but then I got scared when one tried to play with me. So I might do better in a home where I am the only animal. We might just have to wait and see how I do with them in the next week or so. I haven't been around cats or kids yet, so don't know whether I like them or not. I am up-to-date on my vaccinations, and have been micro chipped. Now I am ready for you to take me home!
