Neil needs a home where he is not often left alone. A family with a very simple lifestyle who spends a great deal of time at home, or one who can take him with them wherever they go, would be ideal for this special Springer. We're not sure what happened in his past to cause this, perhaps his abandonment was too much for Neil to handle.
