After my mom died, no one in her family wanted me, so ESRA came to the rescue. I had a home with a wonderful man, but his life changed and he could no longer keep me so back into foster care I went. I really liked it there, but sadly with all the unwanted Springers like me coming in, room had to be made for another foster dog. So off I went to Springerpaw Ranch! My foster Mom told me I would like it here because I would have lots of doggie friends to hang out with and a Mom and Dad who really love the Seniors. She was right! I am the apple of my Daddy's eye! I follow him around and hang out wherever he or Mom are. I have plenty of doggie beds to choose from, even some outside where I can lay and watch Dad working in the yard. I am an easy-going girl with no major health issues. I had ACL surgery about 6 years ago, but with a little glucosamine twice a day, I have no trouble getting up or down. I know what you're thinking - I'm a Senior and may not have as long as many of the younger dogs; that's right, maybe I don't have that many years, but I have A LOT of love to give and deserve a great family like any other dog. I will be 13 on December 1st and would love nothing better than to have a new home by then (although I know I will get Frosty Paws here!) While I am certain I can stay here forever, I am a flexible gal and open to new opportunities. So how about it? Wanna give me or another deserving Senior a chance? You won't regret it - I promise!
