Age: 5 months Gender: Male Color:Liver/White Weight: 40 lbs. Variety: Field-Bred WOW! Things have really been happening fast in my life lately! My new name is Bogart. My original name was Bo, but my foster mom thought I would never learn anything that way, since Bo rhymes with NO, and I hear that word quite often. But, I am learning and I rather like Bogart as it sounds very distinguished and that is what I aspire to be! You will probably not believe the story of my rescue, but it is really the truth. My original owners split up and neither one wanted me. So when my owner had a garage sale, she just included me with the other stuff for sale in the garage - except I was free! I didn't understand why, but I sure was happy when along came the animal warden for the county. She was garage-saleing, and after my owner talked to her, the next thing I knew I was in her car and on my way to the shelter! My owner just gave me away! From there I went to the vet clinic where they were really nice to me, but the next thing that happened was that I got neutered, had three shots and a heartworm test. After all that, I stayed at the shelter a few days and they treated me like a king. Then, the next thing that happened was my foster parents showed up because my warden rescuer knew that they rescued Springers. Sweet! I was very happy to meet them and go home with them to their three other dogs who are now my buds. I am only five months old, liver and white, neutered, have had all my shots, and am heartworm negative. I know to go outside now to go potty. I am a very cool, fun dude, who would love to find my Forever Home with a family that I can share all my love with. I am very affectionate, trusting, kissable, love belly rubs, and just don't want to be tied out to the clothesline anymore! Give me a call if you want to get together some time! Hugs, Bogart
