His personality is not a let down either. He is friendly and merry in his ways. He loves to go outside with you and investigate all of his surroundings. Inside he wants to be your pal and have your attention... a typical springer! Rusty was partners with “Toby” in his former home. He loves to chase Toby and is quite the follower. Rusty would do well with other dogs as he does love to play with them. However, he would do well on his own too, as his first love is for people. Rusty is house trained, invisible fence trained, great in the car, working on leash manners... (can't you walk any faster?), stays by your side off leash, and in general, just a very nice dog! We have not experienced any bad habits since his stay at our home....except he has a fondness for chasing the cat if he runs. He is a great guy to have around!
