He is a healthy young male with zest for life. He enjoys his walks, toys, and all people. He gets along with most dogs but can be dominant in his play. He is about to be tested with cats. Known as "The Snuggler," he seems to love belly rubs above all else. He loves it when people come over, and he'll just lie on the floor, belly up, knowing that someone will come and visit him. Bailey also loves to ride in the car, and will cuddle and sigh contentedly, so happy to be in the passenger seat next to you. He is housetrained. He sleeps in his crate and also can be crated while you are gone for short periods. Bailey has not had any obedience training, but he is catching on fast to "Sit" and "Come" and so on. He walks OK on a leash. Bailey came to us because his owner was having a hard time keeping him contained in her yard (short fence) and she was concerned about a neighbor boy bothering Bailey. Bailey is afraid of some children, so we will only place him in an adult home. Bailey is adorable, and he seems to have two expressions: deliriously happy with his tongue out, and a soulful "please pet me" look. Both are entertaining and endearing. He will make someone a great companion.
