Our 13 indoor cats live in their own heating/cooled 'cat house' and enjoy their totally enclosed outside play yard, complete with a tree to climb and tons of toys. With the many preditors around they are only safe when enclosed on all sides and top. There is cement along the fence line to prevent coyotes from digging under. What do you suppose they are all looking at in this photo? By the way, these were all rescued kittens and we spayed and neutered them, tried to find them good homes, but did not have any luck and had to keep them or put them in a kill shelter. Obviously, we would never put them in any shelter that kills the ones who do not find homes. I will never understand anyone who would do that. There must always be alternatives that are pro-life... not the other way around.
