Once upon a time Rex lived with his daddy, mommy and two Springer sisters. Rex was daddy's favorite little boy. Daddy loved to play games with Rex, he is so smart and a fast learner to boot! He's AKC of course! Daddy also loved those endearing puppy dog eyes that melted his soul as they hung out in the evening together enjoying a nice fire. Rex loved his daddy and was very loyal to him. Daddy took really good care of him and lavished him with love. It was a fairy tale come true. Unfortunately, tragedy struck and Rex's daddy died. For some reason mommy became very unhappy with Rex and banished him to the dirty garage or chained him up outdoors by himself. No more attention, no more pats or pets, no more toys or walks, no medical care or grooming. Not even enough food! Cut off from all the love and comforts of his home, Rex languished for many months until one day a kind couple asked if Rex could come and live in their castle. Rex was hopeful but his dreams were dashed when they all realized that the young couple did not have enough time for Rex and had to give him up.
