Age: 6 months Gender: Male Color: Liver/White Weight: 37 lbs. Variety: Bench/Show -bred Hi! Oh my gosh, I am wiggling so much all over that I can hardly introduce myself. My name is Max and I am so excited. My Foster Mom said she is going to find me a new Forever Home where I will be loved, gets lots of cuddles, and can be part of a family. My previous family had a couple of very young children and just didn't have time to spend with me. I am now enjoying the good life at my foster home. I run and play with the resident dogs, am learning how to play ball (I love it), and most importantly, I get lots and lots of cuddles and belly rubs! I have only been here a couple of days, and I'm learning to sit for my cuddles instead of jumping on people. I am very smart, and plan on mastering all my commands very quickly, so I'll have good manners for my new family. Of course, I will still want to take a couple of obedience classes so my new family and I both know how I am supposed to act. As you can probably tell, I am just about perfect – for a puppy that is! Foster Mom: Are you ready for some excitement in your life? If so, Max is the answer to your dreams. He is a loving, fun, and exuberant boy, who is very anxious to become part of a new family. Max is a little shy when first meeting someone, but warms up quickly, and will snuggle up for cuddles. Being a puppy, Max has an immense amount of energy, and for this reason a home with children under the age of 8 years old is not recommended. Max enjoys playing with other dogs but he has not been tested around cats. Max is quickly learning his commands, but an obedience class will definitely be in order for him and his new family. This not only increases bonding, but also lets Max know what is expected of him. House training is an on-going project that Max's new family will have to continue. Max is a very quick learner, and once in a Forever Home, it shouldn't take him very long to master a doggy door, or learn to ask to go out. Max is a healthy, happy puppy, who is up to date on his shots, has been neutered, and is microchipped. Anyone interested in adopting Max must realize that in order for a puppy to grow into wonderful Forever Friend, it is absolutely necessary to include the puppy in all phases of your family's life. Max would enjoy any and all activities as long as his family was near him. If you have the time to devote to training, and room in your heart and family for a loving, adorable Springer puppy, please have an approved application on file and be prepared to fall in love.
