Age: 1-1/2 years Gender: Male Color: Black/White Weight: 58 lbs. Variety: Bench/Show-bred ESRA is thrilled that this big, beautiful and charming little guy is in our care! Ranger is a lover, a hugger, a snuggler and a leaner all wrapped up in a robust springer body. He is housetrained, crate-trained, loves all people and all-aged children. He does well with other dogs. He is uknown with cats but we suspect he would accept them just fine. Unfortunately, Ranger has been diagnosed with an auto-immune disease. He will need to be on medication for the rest of his life (approx. $30/ month) and will need blood work done about three times a year (approx. $40/each). While his life expectancy may be shorter than some, he is just a typical springer who wants to run and play and be the center of your life. We are looking for a very special, extraordinarily unselfish and loving person willing to open their home to this sweetheart of a dog and show him what a life of love and a family can offer. While we cannot provide Ranger with a healthy life, we can sure give him a happy one.
