What an endearing little creature! I am glad he (she?) has a good home with you. I have read many books about little creatures who have had happy homes with people. One of them was a hummingbird who spent the winter in a northern home when he was too late to make the migration south. Another is "That Quail, Robert" by Margaret Stanger. I think, from what you have in Swim - you would like that book - and thank you for your wonderful comment on my Spring Beauties flower picture. - John.
