This sweet-pea girl dreams of an active family with children. She gets along well with other canine companions and feline friends. Birds, on the other paw, beware (and squirrels to boot). She needs some patience and time with house-training and initiation to house-hold manners. Otherwise, she's a dream!... She was spayed last Friday, all is healing well and she wants a "fur"ever home! UPDATE! 6/14/06: Gidget is a dream-girl! – an absolute dream-boat! But, here's a few more things that we've learned about her… Arch Enemies: Family lines of the likes of Hoover, Bissel, Dyson, Oreck. The Good: This girl's downright fun and sweet as can be! She's active, but lovey! The Bad: Still crate training for housebreaking, but coming along okay. The Ugly: Car chaser!!! - to the point of being dangerous! She will require basic obedience work, especially an “emergency come” command. She is easily distracted on walks by birds, squirrels, cars, you name it! So basically, anything that moves is game! The Plan: I'd say crate training/housebreaking are well underway. Obedience training. Leash training. “Emergency Come” training!
