He ended up in a shelter after his family "could no longer afford his skin care." We aren't sure what this means as all it took was getting all the fleas off him, a few oatmeal baths and some antibiotics to fix. He is housetrained and walks well on leash (after the initial excitement wears off.) He tolerates a crate, though he really doesn't need one. Other dogs don't bother him, he is polite but not interested in playing with them. It is unknown how he does with cats or children. Riding in cars is OK with him. Raider likes to have a toy in his mouth when he is excited and happy, and growls fiercely while playing tug (all in fun.) He ambles around our yard, stopping at each tree and checking for squirrels. Bathing is easy, he jumps into the tub on command and holds his feet up for you to wash. Raider is heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations and ready for his new home.
