Age: 1 year Gender: Male Color: Liver/White Weight: 47 lbs. Variety: Field-bred Meet Zach. He knows, Sit, Down and how to Shake, what he doesn't know is how he ended up at the county shelter. This is one beautiful, mostly mellow, Springer. He is a young guy, right at a year, is housetrained and doggie door trained. He has been neutered, microchipped, and has all his shots. He is heartworm negative, and in great health. Oh what a lover he is, and with that big squishy head, how can you resist? We don't know anything about his past. He was listed as a stray, and was at the end of his welcome at the shelter. So far he is not talking. He is learning that an open door or gate is not an invitation to race out, so maybe he ran off one time too many? He is a bit skittish when he meets new humans, particularly men, but given time, and a mellow introduction, he warms right up. He loves other dogs, and gets mostly bossed around by the others. He gets along well with kids, and is untested with cats. He is active when outside, but calms down when inside. Zach is ready for his next adventure so if you are looking for a young, active, loving companion, this is the guy for you! .
