It actually has a license plate wrapped around its neck?! I can't imagine anyone doing that. This is a really good swan shot - and it's "different" as well.

How cruel to put that around her neck!!! I'd like whoever did that to have a tight number plate put around their neck for life too!!! Other than that, you've taken a nice shot.
