Look at this beautiful girl! Please meet our lovely Tara, a true Southern Belle with impeccable manners. If she were to meet you in person she'd likely shake your hand and give you a kiss! If you're really lucky, she'll even sing for you with a cute woo-woo-woooo. And, that's just the start of her tricks. Tara is a delightful lady at 9 years of age--the perfect age for being relaxed in the house, giving loving companionship, providing comic relief when playing with her squeaky toys, having impeccable manners, as well as being an easy walking companion. Tara is so lady like that she even gladly accepts sharing her foster mom with the resident kitty and all other dogs she has met so far. She is very tolerant and accepting of brushing, ear cleaning, and teeth cleaning; she even just finished up with a professional teeth cleaning so she'll have a sparkling smile. And, to ensure her lovely manners stay current, she has started obedience training with her foster mom. She swears she really doesn't need training as she already knows sit, down, shake, stay, and come, but she is enjoying meeting all the other dogs and people in her class anyway. And, couldn't we all use a refresher course on manners? Tara's favorite things are to go on her daily walks of at least a mile, to soak up all the attention a beautiful lady like her deserves, to get as many belly rubs as possible, to play with her squeaky toys, and to cuddle. She'd be a perfect bed mate, but so far her foster mom has resisted the temptation and Tara is being a good girl about staying off the bed--who knows what will happen if the temperature drops, though! If you are looking to open up your home to someone who is easy going, well mannered, playful, and loving you should look no further than Tara! Tara would prefer to be an only dog. :)
