She will need some help learning the basics such as "No", "Come", and even her name. She greets you with the biggest smile you've ever seen. She is beginning to learn to trust people. She was very, very thin when she came into foster care, but with regular feeding, you can see her body begin to change as she is putting some weight on. She has learned to snuggle in your lap and is quite content to stay there for as long as you'll let her. She loves to give sweet little kisses and wants so badly to be with you. As with all Springers, Reba will need firm, but loving and understanding guidance to become the dog she has the potential to be. She's learned how to use the doggie door, gets along well with 4 other Springers, a senior Jack Russell Terrier, and a cat. She's nearly crate trained and will do just about anything to get a treat. The crate training is helping with housetraining, too.
