She's a pretty liver and white 8 year old girl, very sweet, friendly and loving. She's always happy to meet new people and will promptly roll over for tummy rubs. Penny knows how to give a "high five" with right paw, a shake with left paw, and to roll over. She's got great markings and spots in the right places with a nice dark liver coat. She loves her paws rubbed and will sit in your lap for hours. She is very talkative when happy…stub tail wagging and will almost do a back flip when you get home from work. Her former owner found himself working 12 hour days and sadly gave her up saying she needed more attention than he could give her—a place to be outside to roam, play and sniff. She's great with children and other dogs she's met on walks. Penny is hard of hearing but responds well to visual cues. She's happy with dry food only and loves to carry a chew bone around all the time. Totally house trained, never an accident. She rides well in the car and was a good girl during her vet checkup. Penny is up to date on all her vaccinations, she's heartworm negative and on Heartguard. Her new foster mom reports ‘Penny is doing very well.
