I was found as a stray in the Chicago area and because I am small, I was thought to be a Cocker Spaniel and was brought to Cocker Rescue. They took one look at me and said, "You are not a Cocker, you are a Springer!" Cocker Rescue contacted my foster parents and here I am with ESRA! I am thought to be around 2 years old and have a lot of Springer energy. I enjoy playing with my stuffed toys and balls, going for walks and ride well in the car. I do not need to be crated and behave myself in the house while my foster parents are away. I am housebroken and up to date with vaccinations and even microchipped! I know sit, stay, come, down, shake & wait. I like to cuddle and give gentle kisses and am not food or toy aggressive. I saw an animal called a cat and didn't have a reaction to it. My foster parents say I an an alpha dog and I do get along with my foster sisters & brother once I got used to them, but my foster parents feel I would do best in a home where I would be the only dog so I would be the center of attention. I do jump up and may knock down smaller children and am working on correcting this. I can't wait to find my forever home. Do you have a place for me in your home?
