Age: 2 Years Gender: Neutered Male Color: Black/White Weight: 48 lbs Variety: Bench/Show Bred Echo is a handsome goof ball who was found running as a stray with Whisper in the Florida Panhandle. The shelter gave them extra time before contacting ESRA, as they expected their owners would come for them. He's a tall guy, who could use an extra pound or two. He comes on a little strongly with other dogs, but is easily reminded of good doggie manners. He fell asleep while his feet were being trimmed and seemed to enjoy being bathed and groomed, though he doesn't much care to have his ears cleaned. He is crate trained and rides well in a car, but will need patience with housetraining. He knows "sit" and does while his leash is being attached. Echo doesn't seem to know what toys are but seems handy at finding ways to amuse himself. He was observed to be involved in a wrestling match with a gardenia bush and was having a blast. The bush seemed to have won the match. Echo is heartworm negative, neutered and up to date on shots. Please stay tuned as we get to know him better.
